Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what is and is not permitted when using the RevSprintservice (the “ Service”). It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. You are responsible for compliance with this AUP by anyone you authorise to use the Service under your account.

1. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to store, transmit, generate, or process content that:

  • Is unlawful under the laws of the United Kingdom or any other jurisdiction where you or your end users are located.
  • Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
  • Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or incites violence or hatred against any group.
  • Constitutes child sexual abuse material, or promotes or facilitates terrorism, human trafficking, or other grave crimes.
  • Contains malware, ransomware, spyware, or any code designed to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to any system.
  • Contains special-category personal data or sensitive regulated data (for example payment card numbers outside of our supported payment processor, health records, or government identifiers) unless a written exception has been agreed in advance.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Service to:

  • Attempt to access any account, system, or data that you are not authorised to access, including by credential stuffing, brute force, or session hijacking.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service outside of an authorised responsible disclosure process.
  • Circumvent or interfere with authentication, rate limiting, access controls, or any other security measure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, or attempt to extract source code or model weights, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Resell, sublicense, white-label, or make the Service available to third parties outside your organisation, except as expressly permitted by a written agreement with us.
  • Use the Service to build, train, fine-tune, or benchmark a competing product, or to generate outputs for the purpose of training a competing model.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email, commercial messages in breach of PECR or the CAN-SPAM Act, or any message that impersonates another person or organisation.
  • Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect personal data from any third-party source in breach of that source’s terms or of applicable data protection law.
  • Use the Service to conduct activities that would violate sanctions, export control, or anti-money-laundering laws.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

3. Misuse of automated intelligence

The Service uses automated intelligence to summarise, suggest, and act on the data you provide. You must not:

  • Use the Service to generate content that misleads recipients about its origin, or that falsely implies endorsement by a real person.
  • Use the Service to generate content prohibited by section 1, including illegal content or content designed to harass, defraud, or deceive.
  • Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other techniques intended to bypass safety controls or extract confidential configuration.
  • Present automated outputs as professional advice where qualified human review is required by law or by the reasonable expectations of the recipient (for example legal, medical, or regulated financial advice).
  • Use the Service to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on a data subject without meaningful human review.
  • Where you deploy the Orbit surface, or any other Service feature, to interact directly with end users (including end users located in the European Economic Area), present that interaction without a clear and prominent notice that the end user is interacting with an automated system, as required by Article 50 of the EU AI Act.
  • Use the Service for any application classified as “high-risk” under Annex III of the EU AI Act, including recruitment, CV screening, creditworthiness or credit scoring, education access decisions, eligibility for essential public or private services, biometric categorisation, or critical infrastructure management, without (a) carrying out the conformity assessment and registration required of you as the Deployer under that Act and (b) maintaining the human oversight required by that Act. You accept full liability for any use of the Service in a high-risk application.

4. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the acts and omissions of your Authorised Users. You must have a lawful basis for any personal data you upload or connect, and you must honour the rights of the individuals whose data you process.

5. Reporting abuse

To report abuse of the Service, suspected unauthorised access, or a security vulnerability, email dpo@revsprint.ai. We investigate every report we receive and will acknowledge receipt within two business days.

6. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you have breached this AUP, we may, at our discretion and having regard to the nature and severity of the breach: issue a warning; throttle or restrict affected features; suspend the account; or, for serious or repeated breaches, terminate the account. Where feasible we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure the breach. Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund of Fees paid for the affected period.

We may also be required to disclose information to law enforcement where there is a lawful request to do so.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP. Material changes will be notified by email to account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
