Post Launch Free Trial

30 days. No credit card. No surprises.

Days 1 to 14

Full intelligence

Every briefing, every suggestion, every signal. Up to fifteen team members. The full RevSprint experience, exactly as a paying customer would receive it.

Days 15 to 30

Narrated decline

RevSprint narrates its own decline. Access to the intelligence declines. Nothing is hidden, nothing is removed. You see exactly what is withdrawing and know precisely what upgrading restores.

Day 31

You decide with evidence

Your workspace stays functional. The intelligence layer ceases unless you continue. The ROI Ledger shows exactly what RevSprint delivered: every signal caught, every hour saved. You make the call based on what RevSprint actually did for you, not what we promised.

Connect in 30 seconds

Live Mode is how RevSprint begins. Connect your stack. Keep it.

Live Mode

Live Mode. Keep your stack. Add the intelligence.

RevSprint reads your existing tools in place. No migration. No lift-and-shift. The organisation becomes one intelligence fabric the day you connect.

30-second connect

OAuth your existing stack in 30 seconds. No imports, no migrations, nothing moves.

RIBA reads in place

Every email, call, ticket, and signal stays where it lives, read in real time.

Intelligence on top

Signals cascade across your whole organisation, surfacing what matters in every department.

The cost curve works in your favour

The more your team uses RevSprint, the less it costs to run.

Most software costs stay flat or increase as you scale. RevSprint does the opposite. Every workflow that succeeds gets promoted from an LLM-orchestrated process to a deterministic template, resulting in fewer AI calls, faster execution, lower operating costs. With BYOK, you see it directly on your API bill.

1
Month 1

Full LLM orchestration

RIBA learns your workflows, communication style, and decision patterns. Every action goes through the intelligence layer.

2
Month 3

Patterns emerging

Successful workflows start promoting to templates. Repeat actions execute deterministically without an LLM call. Costs drop visibly.

3
Month 6

Templates accelerating

The majority of routine actions run as promoted templates. LLM calls reserved for novel situations and complex reasoning.

4
Month 12

Compounding intelligence

Your organisation's playbooks are encoded as data. Operating costs are a fraction of month one. Intelligence quality is higher than ever.

How we measure outcomes

Clicks and time saved do not equal Success.Revenue does.

Every RIBA action lands in a tamper-evident ROI Ledger, linked to the deal, ticket, or outcome it influenced. Append-only, exportable, built for the person who signs off on the budget. Tamper-evident by architecture, not by policy.

What every tier sees

When marketing notices something, sales gets the benefit.

Every RevSprint tier sees cross-department signals. A frustrated support ticket affects deal health. A stale email triggers urgency on a quote. This is what RevSprint is: one intelligence fabric across your entire business. The difference between tiers is whether RIBA can act on those signals autonomously, or whether it informs you and you act.

Frequently asked

Things you might be wondering.

Cost and commitment

  • How much does RevSprint cost?

RevSprint is in early access ahead of launch. Join the early-access list now, no credit card. At launch you pay one fee for the whole operating system, priced by your company size, with a 30-day free trial first. The fee is graduated by headcount in marginal bands: the first ten people price at £75 each per month, the next band to fifty at £58, then £42 to two hundred, £30 to five hundred, and £20 beyond. Representative monthly list prices: a 10-person company is £750, 28 people £1,794, 50 people £3,070, 100 people £5,170, 200 people £9,370, and 500 people £18,370. Seats are folded into the headcount meter, so there is no per-seat charge. Annual billing saves 20%. Full omnipotence at every size, with no feature gating. Companies under fifty people get a founder discount of 50% off the OS fee in year one and 25% in year two. Bolt-ons (Streams paid-channel messaging, Orbit, Inter-RIBA fees) are added on top.

  • Does RevSprint offer a free trial?

Yes, at launch. The product is in early access ahead of going live, so the trial is not open yet. When it is, it runs a full 30 days with no credit card required: days 1 to 14 include full intelligence across every department, and days 15 to 30 feature a narrated decline so you can see exactly what you would lose. Up to 15 team members can join, and Live Mode activates in under 30 seconds via OAuth. For now, join the early-access list to be first in.

  • What if we're already paying for Salesforce, HubSpot, or another tool?

Keep them. RevSprint sits above your existing stack and reads them. Most customers continue running their existing tools for the first year. RevSprint adds intelligence beside what you already have through a real-time event mesh, propagating cross-departmental signals in under one second. You can connect in 30 seconds via Live Mode without migrating any data.

  • Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves 20% on the OS fee and on every Streams rung. The saving is the equivalent of two months free. Quarterly billing is available privately for larger organisations to align with budget cycles.

  • What if the team doesn't use it?

That is what the 30-day trial at launch is for. Days 1 to 14 you get full intelligence. Days 15 to 30 RevSprint shows you exactly what you would miss. If your team is not using it by day 14, the trial design lets you walk away knowing.

Pricing by region

  • How does pricing work across GBP, USD, and EUR?

Native pricing per region. The per-person band rates are anchored at the same number across currencies, so the first-band rate is £75 in the UK = $75 in the US = €75 in the EU. There is no FX conversion. Buyers in each region see a number built for them, not a moving conversion. A non-blocking prompt on first visit suggests a currency based on your browser locale. You can change it anytime with the toggle on /pricing.

  • Can I pay in a currency that is not listed?

GBP, USD, and EUR cover the majority of customers. For other currencies, talk to our team and we will arrange billing through our Enterprise workflow.

Streams. Paid-channel messaging

  • What is Streams?

Streams is the messaging bolt-on that prices the paid channels your team actually sends through. WhatsApp Business, SMS, paid Meta or Instagram messages, and paid social DMs each cost money per conversation from the platform provider. Email, Slack, and Teams are free via user OAuth and are always included at no extra charge. Streams prices just the paid-channel volume cleanly, on top of your OS fee. Four rungs: Essential at £20 per month (250 base events), Business at £60 per month (750 base events), Volume at £149 per month (2,500 base events), and Custom for franchise or regulated deployments.

  • Do I need Streams at all?

Only if you send on paid channels. If your team works in email, Slack, or Teams, Streams is not required and those channels stay free. If you use WhatsApp, SMS, or paid social DMs, pick the rung that matches your volume: Essential for a small operator, Business for professional services, Volume for WhatsApp-native operations, or Custom for franchise and regulated deployments.

  • How does Streams relate to the OS fee?

Streams is a separate add-on to the OS fee, priced per organisation. The Business rung is £60 per month for 750 base events plus 75 events per additional seat, so a 10-seat organisation gets 1,425 events per month. You pick a rung only if you send on paid channels, and you can move between rungs as your volume changes. The OS fee covers the platform itself; Streams covers the paid-channel volume on top.

  • How does the allowance scale with seats?

Streams allowances are org-pooled, not per-seat. The scaling formula is: events = base + (base × 0.10 × (seats − 1)). So each extra seat adds 10% of the base allowance to the org pool. Business at 5 seats gives you 1,050 events per month. At 10 seats, 1,425. At 25 seats, 2,550. Volume scales the same way from a larger base.

  • What counts as an event?

One event equals one outbound paid-channel message. Each WhatsApp conversation within a 24-hour window, each outbound SMS, each paid Meta or Instagram message outside the 24-hour service window, each paid social DM. Email, Slack, Teams, all inbound, and all messaging through your own provider accounts are free and do not count.

Overage and campaign pre-flight

  • What happens if I go over the allowance?

Never a silent cut-off. You choose your overage policy at Streams enrolment. PAYG (default): overage billed at £0.06 per event, a 50% markup over our blended cost. Auto-upgrade: when the allowance hits 100%, your bolt-on upgrades to the next rung with prorated billing. Block: any campaign that would exceed the allowance fires a decision request inside RIBA with three options: adjust scope, upgrade the rung, or approve overage for that campaign. RIBA always surfaces the decision before the send.

  • Does RevSprint pre-flight campaigns against my allowance?

Yes. Before any paid-channel campaign sends, RIBA runs a pre-flight check. If the campaign would exceed your remaining allowance, RIBA shows the exact shortfall and offers three one-tap options: adjust the campaign scope, upgrade the Streams rung, or approve overage for this campaign. The decision is logged to the ROI Ledger so finance and operations see the full trail.

  • Can I bring my own Meta Business Account or Twilio?

Yes. Customer-own accounts are supported. When you pay the provider directly, Streams allowances still apply for metering and allowance accounting consistency, but the cost to RevSprint drops to zero. Talk to our team if you want this configuration.

Security and data

  • What about our security review?

RevSprint was built for organisations where compliance is non-negotiable. Your data never leaves your tenant. Five deterministic security boundaries enforce tenant isolation at every layer. Personal data is redacted before any external AI model processes it. Every RIBA action is logged to the ROI Ledger, an immutable, cryptographically chained audit trail. A CISO-facing Trust Center exposes live boundary status, evidence pack, and audit chain verification. Progressive Autonomy is governed by constitutional rules, never configurable to bypass approval for high-stakes actions. Send your CIO our security page.

  • Can we bring our own AI keys?

Yes, at every company size from day one. Use your own model provider, your own contracts, your own rate limits. BYOK means your AI costs appear on your own bill and decline as workflows promote to templates.

  • What is BYOC and is it available today?

BYOC is the shipped substrate capability that keeps your data where it lives. RIBA reads in place through a common security pipeline: signature validation, content sanitisation, PII redaction before any external AI model call, outbound traffic protection, and a structurally-bounded signal contract preventing cross-tenant leakage. 23 platform connectors ship today, and the substrate is extensible to any OAuth, API, or SQL source including data warehouses. Each new connector inherits the security contract automatically. Progressive Autonomy is enforced uniformly across every connector.

How RevSprint works

  • Is anything gated behind a higher price?

No. Every company gets full omnipotence at every size, with no feature gating. The whole platform is included regardless of headcount: full cross-department autonomous cascade, anonymised cohort benchmarks, SCIM and SAML, Agent Studio, the Inter-RIBA protocol, and the ROI Ledger. There are no tiers and no locked screens. The only thing that changes with size is the OS fee, which is priced by headcount in graduated bands. Progressive Autonomy still applies uniformly: RIBA earns authority as your team approves, edits, and overrides, governed by constitutional rules. Larger organisations that need a dedicated SLA, BYOC deployment scoping, or custom governance policies arrange those through our team.

  • How does RevSprint get cheaper over time?

RevSprint uses a declining-cost architecture. Successful workflows are promoted from LLM-orchestrated processes to zero-cost deterministic templates as your team approves them enough times. Month one is the most expensive. By month twelve, routine actions run as templates without an LLM call, so your operating costs are a fraction of where they started. This is one of the five structural advantages of a Symbiotic Intelligent Operating System: every override teaches the system your judgement, and successful patterns promote into zero-cost templates over time.

  • What is Symbiotic Intelligence?

Symbiotic Intelligence, coined by RevSprint in 2026, is a category of artificial intelligence defined by the structural interdependence of AI and a human team. The AI cannot function without the human team, and the team supplies the judgement the AI cannot manufacture. Unlike autonomous agents that act independently, or copilots that wait for prompts, Symbiotic Intelligence is bidirectional and architectural. RevSprint is the Symbiotic Intelligent Operating System that delivers it: one intelligence substrate reading every signal across every department through a real-time event mesh, RIBA acting through Progressive Autonomy governed by constitutional rules. Neither reaches full capacity without the other. That isn't automation. That's symbiosis.

  • Can RevSprint replace our CRM?

RevSprint can work in two modes, and never asks you to replace your existing tools. Live Mode sits above your existing CRM and reads it in place, adding intelligence beside it without migrating data. Full Sync Mode provides a complete replacement with intelligent boards for every department, where RevSprint reads your current platform and rebuilds your pipelines, stages, and fields automatically while importing your complete history. Most customers start with Live Mode and graduate when ready. You control the pace. Nothing is forced.

  • Can we deploy RIBA on our own domain with our branding?

Yes. Orbit Whitelabel is the customer-facing surface of RIBA, deployed on your domain with your branding. Logo and chat bubble icon upload (or paste a CDN URL), primary and accent colour pickers, custom font, welcome copy, chat position. Shadow DOM isolation prevents host-page CSS leaking into the widget. Live preview on the admin surface before you ship. Available as a £49 / org / month add-on on top of your OS fee (£39.20 / month billed annually). Your admin surface includes CSP, CORS, and allowed-origins configuration guidance.
